WRTC2000 Organizing Committee has booked hotel rooms long time ago. As you have seen in
our previous communiqués, we have asked to provide all details
about your arrival and special wishes and requirements on lodging. We would like to fix
things well before you arrive to Bled, therefore we ask you
again to provide information on your arrival and lodging, naturally if you still haven't
done so.
For the competitors and referees the expenses will be covered by the Organizing Committee.
However if you plan to stay at Bled out of 5-11th July
window, wish more luxurious lodging, single-room, or if you wish to share the room with
somebody who is not competitor or referee, you will have to
cover the difference in price. Find hotel form in Communiqué No.5 and read Communiqué
No.14, requesting you to provide details on your arrival, again.
Application must be submitted by all, meaning competitors, referees and other guests and
participants, regardless of who covers the expenses.

Considering short time left, you have all probably completed your travel schedule. So let
us know all details as soon as possible. We are trying to
arrange transportation from Ljubljana airport to Bled, but we need to know when you
arrive. Pse send the following details : date and time of arrival,
number. of flight, how many persons .

For some countries Slovenian entry visa is required. The Organizing Committee will provide
Letter of Invitation to all participants needing a
visa. You shall present this letter to Slovenian Embassy of Consular office. Letters will
be printed individually, so we need following details: name and
family name, date of birth, passport number, date of issue/expiration, country of
citizenship and your current address.
We also ask all the competitors and referees to let us know about your size for T-shirts
(S,M,L,XL, XXL) because we would like to prepare some

The Organizing Committee of WRTC 2000 would like to prepare one publication/almanac of the
event. To do this we would like to have help from
you, spectators of this wonderful event. Since there is not much time left we would like
to ask you to answer some questions ASAP, deadline is May 20th
2000. We ask you again to provide those information if you still haven't done so.
