WRTC2000 Organizing Committee has decided on the roster of Referees. All applications
were carefully reviewed, leading to the list announced below. The roster represents
current situation, meaning that should someone cancel participation, we will fill the gap
from the list of applicants being omitted at this stage, due to a very large interest.
The Organizing Committee has voted unanimously to promote Dave Summner, K1ZZ, as the
Chief Referee. The Referee's Team, which will be responsible to process the scores after
the dust settles, has now been completed and is represented by:

We would also like to draw your attention at one particular fact. Some of the locations
do not facilitate full comfort and are basically quite Spartan, filed-day locations.
Referees will have the same responsibilities as during WRTC 1996. All details will be
explained during our first meeting on July 5th evening, after 21 hours.
